DELIVERIES / COLLECTIONS
IMPORTANT NOTICE
We feel that it is important to warn you about signing for deliveries without checking them
against your delivery note. If the signature is on the POD and you find something is missing, we
are restricted on what we can do when approaching the courier/logistics companies to rectify
the situation.
Please inspect your consignment thoroughly upon arrival while the driver is present. Check for damage such as torn bags. If damaged has occurred, it is your responsibility to ensure that the driver states the damage on the delivery paperwork and that photographs are taken of the damage with either the driver or vehicle in the photograph. All damage should be reported to Charles Faram as soon after arrival as possible. Check for quantity discrepancies against your delivery note, it is good practice to report any discrepancies immediately as no credit for missing goods can be issued after 7 days from arrival.

Ontario we are strategically set up to deliver to breweries all over the world. Same-day shipping
is available for all orders of in-stock volumes when confirmed by 12:30 pm Pacific Standard Time.
