The team supplies brewers around the World with quality hops both directly and through our network of trusted distributors. They handle our export logistics, despatching from our cold stores both in Newland and Charles Faram Europe based in Wilków in Poland.

Led by Tim Luckham this department is responsible for all aspects of hop production starting with bales on the farm, through Freshpak and T90 pellet processing, to the final packaging of your hops in our nitrogen-packed foils. The team also run our Quality programme, implements our ISO9001 and ISO14001 accreditations, ensures our compliance with our various food safety certifications and conducts our on-site lab work and testing.

The warehouse team takes care of all our precious hops, malt, yeast and brewing aids, making sure they get to you in the best possible condition. They are responsible for the safe intake, stock control and despatch of all our products from our temperature-controlled warehouses in Worcestershire.

Paul Corbett our Managing Director joined Charles Faram in 1989, becoming Managing Director in 1996 and has been responsible for the development of the company in this time.
Will Rogers, our Group Technical Director oversees the Hop Development Programme, bringing new varieties to fruition for brewers across the world. He also advisers growers on agronomy, sets our hop quality standards and helps drive technical improvement across the industry.

Based at the Newland site, Stanley co-stars with his brother Dexter in the Hop Dog Vlogs touring the hops yards in the growing season, takes the lead in company reels and is a notorious mental health advocate.
