DELIVERIES / COLLECTIONS
IMPORTANT NOTICE
Please inspect your consignment thoroughly upon arrival while the driver is present. Check for damage such as torn bags. If damaged has occurred, it is your responsibility to ensure that the driver states the damage on the delivery paperwork and that photographs are taken of the damage with either the driver or vehicle in the photograph. All damage should be reported to Charles Faram as soon after arrival as possible. Check for quantity discrepancies against your delivery note, it is good practice to report any discrepancies immediately as no credit for missing goods can be issued after 7 days from arrival.

Collections
Everyone is most welcome to collect orders from the Hop Store in Newland. In fact we’d love to see you to say hi while you’re here. Unfortunately, we are unable to facilitate same day collections. If it is an emergency, then please get in touch.

Dispatch times from the UK
Orders placed by 11:00 may be sent out that same day if under 100kgs, pallets depend on daily pallet limitations.

Orders will be picked up and processed during office hours Mon-Fri, 08:30-17:00
Hazardous products can be sent next day providing there are no vehicle size restriction at the recipient address
Consignments over 100kg will be dispatched on a pallet.
