Confirmations and info pack

Confirmations will be sent automatically after you submit your registration. Sometimes your confirmation may appear in your junk folder. If it is not there please contact us.

Order collections

If you would like to collect an order for brewing ingredients and brewing aids while you are in the area you can do so. It’s the same setup as usual for UK collections in that your orders must be in by 10:00 the day before. Collections can only be made from Charles Faram, Monksfield Lane and between 09:00 and 16:30.  With the staff at the HopWalk®, we are unable to be flexible on this.

Station to Faram’s bus

You MUST have pre-booked seats to board the shuttle bus from Malvern Link Station to Charles Faram and back.

If your travel circumstances change and you need to book or cancel the bus, please let us know as it affects the number of buses we provide.

Delayed arrivals

The shuttle bus pick up times have been calculated for the main arrivals.  It’s best not to cut it too fine with the rail delays and strikes we have been experiencing.  If one person from your party can text Charlie Gorham then we will see if the bus driver is available to come back and get you.  If not, then we recommend seeing if there are other late arrivals and book a taxi from the station.
